THE ROLE

We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and ensure our partners get exceptional results. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, coordinating projects, gathering feedback, and making sure every deliverable exceeds expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Own and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts

    Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications

    Coordinate project timelines and deliverables between clients and our creative team

    Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify opportunities

    Proactively identify upsell opportunities and account growth potential

  • +

    Ensure client satisfaction and high retention rates

    Track and report on account health metrics

  • +

    Resolve client issues promptly and professionally

REQUIREMENTS

  • +

    2+ years of experience in account management or client success

  • +

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • +

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • +

    Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar)

  • +

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • +

    Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

  • +

    Understanding of social media and content marketing

    Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment

  • +

    Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting

  • +

    Background in customer success or relationship management
